“Danh Lon,” translating to “Quarrel” or “Wrongly Assaulting Someone,” serves as the title for Anh-Duy Pham’s personal project—a conceptual dance film that explores the profound notion that “hurting others is a reflection of one’s internal struggle.” Over the course of one month, Anh-Duy engaged in a rigorous process of introspection and exploration, navigating the depths of his unbridled emotions. His dedication involved extensive research, meticulous material collection, and experimental endeavors, culminating in a thoughtfully constructed artistic expression that encapsulates the complexities of human conflict and self-reflection.
